Missing precompiled manifest for 'Launch'

When i press “Launch this level …” (alt+shift+p) editor writes to me this:

how can i fix it?

I have this same problem after upgrading to 4.22

Have you found a solution? I’m having this problem on 4.27

Getting this on 5.1 for some weird reason when trying to package a plugin.

have you activated the DLSS plugin from nvidia?
