Missing Plugin

Opening up an old UE4 project on new computer with UE4.22 and I need to find a missing plugin:

“LowEntryExtStdLib”

So that I can proceed. Did a search at the Marketplace with that exact plugin name to no avail. Any help is truly appreciated.
