Missing media capture menu option?

Helllo,

I‘m missing the „Window\media Capture“ option in den Main Window Menu. Was working with Video I/O with Blackmagic and while following the Knowledge Base article I noticed, that there is no such option in my editor. Are there different Versions of the editor, or is ist some licensing problem? I saw another tutorial and the menu tree in it had much more options.

It’s actually under Window > Developer Tools > Media Capture.
I think you need the Media Framework Utilities Plugin enabled too?

Thanks Alexgeek, i have the same problem, and it´s true. The Media capture option is a option that we can found in Developer Tools. The user guide on web page in Unreal have a little mistake.

Try enabling Media Framework Utilities in the Plugins setup.

First, activate the Media Framework Utilities plugin and restart Unreal 5.
Then navigate to Window → Virtual Production and choose Media Capture.
