When I try to import a project that was built in UE4, there is a warning says “missing DatasmithIFCImporter”. I’ve searched the plugins in my UE5.3 but haven’t found it. Is that right? How can I get this plugin?? 
This plugin has been removed as we can now load IFC with Datasmith CAD directly.
You should edit your uproject file and remove the reference to the DatasmithIFCImporter plugin, then restart your project.
