Usually, the “Current Earnings Balance” appears here, showing something like $18/$100, but why can’t I see it anymore?

We recently removed it to simplify the information. You can look at your payout report to see how much you are getting paid for each month.
That’s disappointing to hear.
Do you only get a payout report if there was a payout that month?
If so, that’s not the same. Current Earnings Balance helped me keep track of the total balance before a payout, not after it.
