how to make mirror material in UE4? is it even possible?

this is how it worked in UE3:

UE4 does not have the SceneCaptureReflectActor so as far as i know, it is impossible to do.
but WHY is this actor missing? its an essential feature, it worked in UE3, why?
any explanations?
