MinLodQualityLevel does not work?

Ah, figured it out:

  1. Enable UseStaticMeshMinLODPerQualityLevels in your Project Settings
  2. Set up QualityLevelMinLOD in the StaticMeshes.

You can find relevant code for it in UStaticMesh::OnLodStrippingQualityLevelChanged.
