How do I set the minimum payment amount? Every month I receive around $100 or a little bit more. I want to set the minimum amount to something like $500 so the transaction fee won’t be so much trouble.

Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the payout amount. Once your product has reached $100, a payout will be made within that month or the month you reach the $100 mark.
