As per the announcement of the minimum/maximum amounts becoming hard locked with v38
i personally would like to see a massive change to the way that the class related devices have their numbers working
by this i mean more class slots and pretty much all of the multipliers and such
personally im using a 0.2x tactical sprint jump multiplier cause in my map i want players to have tactical sprint but not get the jump out of it due to balancing reason
personally i think for all devices the minimum should atleast be 0
as for the ammount of possible classes it’d be nice to have atleast 50 give or take
classes are such a usefull thing in creating games but we are heavily restricted by the amount we can have right now
for example, one of my maps has a system where there can be a randomised event, one of such events would be infinite ammo. this can only be done with classes currently, however i also have a system where after a while it reveals players location by revealing their playernames thus swapping them to a similar class. this system already takes up 2 class slots wich would mean i can only have 8 unique class based events
and im confident that other people would also like to see a massive update to the classes and such as it is simply just too limited right now.
on a side note, having the option to use mutator zones to lower the gravity below ‘‘very low’’… i’ve tinkered around with it a bit before and allowing us to have 0 gravity at all would be alot of fun, or even -1 gravity and have players float up.
anyway, these things are the things i personally would really like to see adressed before we cant do stuff like this anymore.
