Military Competitive FPS

Im planning on making a Military Competitive FPS that Combines elements of CS,Rainbow six siege And Moba elements especially Dota its a Bit Ambitious but i already have set some small amount of gameplay mechanics that will be used and also I already made some of the basics of the game like basic fps controller,props assets(buildings,vehicles,etc)and characters
A little bit about me is that i come from a background of 3D Modelling that i learned from myself watching and reading tutorials i considered my skill to be enough probably intermediate I can do texturing but my texturing is a little tasteless with no art style
what i need for this team is a:
-Programmer(C++ and Blueprint)
-Level Designer
-Texturer(if can with some experience with particles)
-Sound Enginer
