Migrating the switch interaction from "blueprint communication" sample

For a couple of days I have been trying to migrate the switch from the Blueprint Communication sample, where you have to grab the switch with the left mouse and then move down the mouse to turn the light on.

I have run into a problem, when I try to grab the switch my camera is rotated so I look at 0,0,0 (origo). This is not really what I want.
Has anyone else tried this and managed to get it to work?

I feel that I have missed something simple, but I can’t figure it out.

I believe it might have somethign to do with the “Grab Interact” function from within the switch. It appears to send out zero values even if i plug in a vector to the output.

i just found the trouble. You forgot to migrate the “get closest interactive” function in your character BP and use it when you set interacting variable.
