Migrating Assets disappear in UE5.5

I’m having a very strange issue with UE5.5 and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

I have two projects - ProjectA and ProjectB. I’m trying to migrate assets from ProjectA to ProjectB, which is something I’ve done a thousand time before on other projects without issue.

I sleect the assets I want to migrate in the content browser, right click and select migrate, leaving all the boxes checked for associated assets.

When I select the content folder of ProjectB and it seems like it migrates everything fine, but for some reason all the assets I just migrated disappear from ProjectA. To be clear, this is the inital project that I’m migrating from seems to vanish all of the assets from the content browser:

Now it seems the assets are actually still there as they appear in the content folder if I navigate in Windows Explorer. Also the materials and textures still appear fine on and meshes they are on, but absolutely no way to view them again in the content browser.

The new projectB has the folder structure for the assets and the files and in the content folder in Windows as well, but they also do not show up in the content browser.

ProjectA is UE5.5 and ProjectB is UE5.4 so I can understand them maybe not importing into ProjectB correctly due to some back compatibility issues, but why are they disappearing from the source ProjectA as well?

Any help much appreciated.

Same, happens all the time for me.
But as the explorer says, the assets are still there but just not shown in the content browser. The only way I get them back is to restart the project.
Might be a bug?

It is recent bug (and probably known). Try closing all content browsers, and reopening them. Or just restart editor.
