Hello everyone!
I’m new to Unreal and I am looking to invest in a new PC to build a game I’ve been working on in Unreal. I only have a budget of about $1,100. I have been doing lots of online research and it’s hard to know where to put the budget (cpu vs gpu for example). For more information, I’m working on low-mid poly projects and no open worlds or procedural content so far but I would like to be future-proofed a little if possible. Open to any comments on where to better spend the money or recommended hardware. Here is the build I’ve come to:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core 3.8 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550M-A/CSM AMD AM4 (3rd Gen Ryzen) microATX Commercial Motherboard
RAM: Corsair DDR4 3200 32GB Kit
GPU: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4060 Ti EVO OC Edition 16GB GDDR6
Case: ASUS AP201 Type-C
Power Supply: CORSAIR RM750e Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX Power Supply
Storage: Kingston NV2 M.2 2280 2TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Elite Liquid CPU Cooler
Thanks!
