The MH rig created by the MH plugin for Houdini generates FK controllers only, as can be seen in its documentation also. This rig obviously is nowhere near one that is suitable for animation in any standard except for facial controls which work just fine as intended. I exported my MH character after I created a “Full Body Rig” and the way it came out in Houdini is just ridiculous, a crummy FK skeleton! So my first question is; Is there a way to get the full body rig one can animate in UE into Houdini? If not, how can I fully rig this character using Apex? The problem here is that the metahuman_character_rig SOP outputs character data, yet no joint information can be read through the auto rig builder SOP to build a proper rig upon ![]()
