Hey, Now that MetaHuman is out of early access new users need to use MetaHuman Creator in Unreal Engine 5.6 rather than the legacy MetaHuman Creator in the cloud. Here are the docs to get started in Unreal Engine 5.6:

Hey Everyone, Since the release of Unreal Engine 5.6 in June 2025, we are no longer accepting new users to the MetaHuman Creator web application. You are instead invited to use MetaHuman Creator directly in Unreal Engine. If you have not already, download and install Unreal Engine 5.6, before following the instructions here to begin making your first character. Thanks James
