MetaHumans (grooms) + Mesh Distance Field enabled = no build

Hey guys, hope everybody doing well and had a great weekend. Actually I spend mine figuring out when I use Metahuman with grooming + Mesh Distance Fields my build crashes. Everything works fine until I build a build and if I switch Mesh Distance Fields of, the build works again. Any idea?

Did you find a solituon? I have the same Problem, but if i disable distance field mesh, the build finished but after i Start the game ist crashed constandly with this Warning:

Assertion failed:!Primitive->SceneProxy
Primitive Haß already been addet to the scene.

Same here, build doesn’t work if Mesh Distance Fields are enabled, even if disabled in the Metahuman Groom

It´s also happening in UE5 EA2

I’m probably facing the same issue but not with all air styles: I’ve faced the error, so far, only with SideSwept Fringe.

Based on tests I made happens when using airstyles that don’t have the exclamation mark on MetaHumans Creator.

It seems to work in 4.27. But in 4.27 there’s no DLSS plugin :frowning:

4.26 still doesn’t work. Using the asian guy hairstyle (no exclamation mark)
