Opening the Metahuman body Skeleton view just freeze and/or is extremely slow during several minutes, then it become usable but remain very slow and laggy.

In short, with the Metahuman Skeleton it is the tab Anim Curves which drastically slow down the overall performances of UE5.
So, simply switch to the Animation Notifies tab to get back to normal performances.
