Hi, I’m using metahuman together with maya. I have a problem where the mesh loses connection to the control board- As in I move the controls and see no changes on the mesh.
Here are the steps that result in the issue:
- download metahuman character
- export to maya
- save as new file in another location (everything works fine in maya)
- close and move the maya file to another folder
- open again, now the control board no longer influences the mesh?
I think it’s something to do with the _rl.dna file, as the original maya file (which hasn’t moved) also loses the connection between the control board… How can I fix the controls?
