Metahuman recommended specs met - still having issues preparing

Hey friends,

I’m trying to build my first metahuman in Unreal 5.4 and am having issues preparing for performance after I promote all my frames.

When launching a metahuman identity, I am given a warning prompt that my specs do not meet the required…but I’m pretty certain they do. Can anyone provide some insight?

The warning prompt I receive when launching Metahuman Identity:
Minimum spec is - 8 CPU threads, 32Gb memory, 8Gb VRAM, DirectX 12 RHI and Vulkan

My machine specs:
Intel Core i9-13900KF 24core 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070, 1TB SSD Gen 4, 32GB DDR5 RAM, Windows 11
(Within my Direct X diagnostics tool I see I have DirectX 12 Ultimate enabled. I however cannot find any information regarding Vulkan - could this be my issue?)

Trying to target my own issue I am thinking it is either I need to upgrade my RAM or perhaps Vulkan is not supported on my GPU.

Thank you in advance for any help

I encountered this problem after initializing my windows. Prior to that, I had not received any warnings about such a specification.
I somehow knew that the Vulkan driver was involved, but I spent 2 days trying different methods.
I am also using an NVidia card (3070ti) so maybe that will help.

Try using the driver here.
This solved the problem for me.

That problem came out of nowhere yesterday. Everything had been working fine since UE5.4 was released, and I had no issues. Now, this popup appears every time I open a MetahumanPerformance asset. It’s so frustrating! If anyone knows what’s causing this, please help.
