Metahuman plugin doesn't detect mesh?

Hello everyone! So I’m trying to import a facescan .fbx file from ZBrush with embedded texture in Unreal Engine, and I have two problems: the first one is The texture is not there, and since the texture is embedded, I cannot export just to load it manually. The second problem (much bigger) is: I said “well whatever I’ll just go for Metahuman without the texture.” But when I load the mesh in MH it basically loads just bits of the face, and UE says there was an error with “exporting smoothing groups”, and I have no idea if the two things are related. Any Help? Pls
