Metahuman not downloading

Hi, been through this problem back in my old computer, can’t remember how i got it to work but in my current new pc, metahuman is not downloading at all - stuck at 0.

Tried adding bridge/epic launcher to public/private network, tried allowing app in firewall, tried disabling all firewalls/anti virus software, Restarting pc. Nothing is working.

Megascan assets download perfectly normal, just not metahuman.

Using unreal engine 4 and bridge

So what exactly is the problem?

Updated: Tried downloading using my other PC and the problem could be the really really slow download speed that seems as if it is not moving. But still need more checking.

Hey there @KOEX! Do you use a VPN? The CDN that services it could be interrupted when behind certain VPNs. Alternatively, the Metahumans servers are being used quite heavily during peak hours and may experience possible slowdowns, does it ever move from 0%?

I see thanks, yeah i think i may try vpn and see how it goes. I did manage to download it by restarting the internet modern.

what vpn can we use?

It’s not so much a specific VPN provider, it’s that some of them work. If possible in a location you can disable it/try another. Though often the issue itself is resolved with a restart of the client.
