Hey guys,
I am exporting the f_tal_nrw_body to FBX.
Then I’m importing it to Maya to make a change on the skeleton.
After that I export to FBX and import to Unreal again and I’m getting this neck texture seam.
I found one more thread on the forums, which is about fixing the vertex colors.
I already tried everything around that, but nothing fixes it. The vertex colors on my body are fine, and even when changing them, it doesn’t change the appearance of the seam.
I tried all sorts of combinations of ex- and import settings, but nothing helps.
The vertex normals on the edge loop around head and body are slighty different off, but this is also the case on the exported models from Unreal, so it’s nothing which broke in Maya.
I can’t find any other information on this.
Can someone help me fix this?

Something is off with the normals at the seams it seems, but why does it break along the way and how do you fix it?
