This means that the MetaHumans you have in Bridge don’t have the necessary information for the migration process to happen. In Quixel Bridge, under the My MetaHumans tab, make sure you have “Cinematic” selected then try to download again. This will get all the information required for the migration process. After redownloading, try to add the MetaHuman again and you should get the prompt to Migrate
