Metahuman: Match photo Reference of Character

I want to create a Metahuman from a photo reference. I’m not a character artist, so Im struggling. I’ve tried copying the features but I can never get it to look like reference. Anyone know best way to accomplish this? I’ve also tried using the Headshot plugin in iClone but results are not great. Please see photo ref attached.
