Metahuman jitter and huge translate

I am working with metahuman characters in unreal 5.3. It has very difficult to overcome these problems. The metahuman are constantly jittering and my translate/rotate/scale icon has gotten huge.

To fix jitter I turned off all ray tracing and also set it to low from cinematic. No change. It renders fine though.

Cameras stick and won’t let me move around the scene.

To decrease size of icons I used alt bracket but it does not respond.

Any ideas how I can fix this?


Have I completely stumped Unreal?
