MetaHuman is red with head and body a different shade in Maya

Hello folks,

I’m new to MetaHumans and I can’t figure out how to get my MH looking normal in Maya. I have switched the display mode to dx11 in settings and that helped get the textures to show but now he’s red. Though the red seems to be a light source effect as when I look at the back of the character it looks normal (except for the shade difference between the neck and the head). How do I fix this?

In terms of the issue that looks redder,


If you turn off this button, the problem will be solved.


When it comes to color difference issue,

I think it will be solved by breaking connection the two slots shown in the image below on the body material.

i am having this issue in ue5.4 any idea on how to fix it in unreal engine?
