No matter what scalability, it seems to be disappearing when I move the character, or move the camera.

Same issue for me, when hairs are not directly visible by camera hair shadows desapear !
Same issue happening with me as well. They seem to get culled by the camera when they’re off-camera. Has anyone been able to find a fix for this?
Using UE 5.3.2 and a blueprint with a character with an alembic groom and can confirm that the hair shadow disappears at a certain distance from the camera if the character is not in camera.
