When I go to “My Metahumans” in Metahuman Creator (all versions) I’m now getting the following error message "Error encountered while loading Metahuman (error code:1). This could be a temporary issue with the server, try again later. "
I’ve been getting this now for four days and cannot download any Metahumans into Unreal Engine via bridge. Anybody got any clue how to fix this? I’ve been going back and forth for a couple of days with Quixel (‘Fab’ actually) and getting nowhere. Screen shot of the how the error message looks on Metahuman Creator’s site is below:
I’m running the updated and same version for both Unreal Engine & Quixel Bridge, but I’m not able to download any of my Metahumans library. It says, “No Assets here”. Help.
I have the same issue. It looks like some of the Metahuman files are broken. I tried using another Epic account and uploaded a few characters, and everything worked fine until I encountered one broken file, which caused error code 1 to pop up. I assume some of the older Metahuman files are not optimized and are broken.
i was on 5.3, i opened 5.4 metahuman site version i was able to see the broken file i deleted it, and then moved to unreal 5.4 instead of 5.3 everything is fine now
