Hi I’m looking for information regarding usage of your metahumans (just face) in our NFT.

We want to make sure that is legal and wont compromise any of your right???

The Faces we were planing to use are going to be only about 10-15% of our NFTs they will be used as pictures not animations.

Can you please let me know if we can legally use them and sell them as part of our NFTs

I have no idea if Unreal/Epic has any policy on MetaHuman NFT, but would also like to know. I’m not sure that anyone can legally stop you from using any image as NFT. For example, readyplayer.me has a policy against using their avatars for NFT (except apparently for client agreements, haha). What RPM is doing is reporting infringers to the various marketplaces, such as OpenSea. What the marketplaces do with those complaints I have no idea.

I could be wrong but I think you would have to do the whole character creation in Unreal Engine. Metahumans are free for Unreal Engine uses.
