Metahuman Character hair flutters when scene changes.

I’m animating a scene between my 2 different Metahuman characters. I noticed that whenever the camera jumps from one character in a scene to another, the hair will “flutter” a bit. I figured out that this is because when my character is not in a particular scene, they revert to the “T” pose. And so when their new scene starts, the shift from the “T” pose to their animation causes the hair to flutter.

My question is, how can I make the final pose in a particular animation persist until the next animation starts?
