MetaHuman black screen after launching

So i gained access to MetaHuman and i launched it from the email i got, it told me to wait so i did, then it showed me a black square in the middle of the screen with options of fullscreen and some info about my connection etc… theres nothing i can do about it.,

Same issue on my side, my connection to EC2 instance seems good and stable, using Opera version 75.0.3969.243
This was my EC2 instance id, in case you are able to look from server side:

Hey, i have very nice news! You said you are using Opera, i think i used it before too, but now im using Microsoft Edge instead, and its working ! You need to try it :slight_smile:

Yeah I missed the message that the browser is not officially supported, anyway I updated it to the latest version and it works fine now
