MetaHuman autorig feature misplacing joints on conformed mesh body

After wrapping my custom mesh in Zwrap I was able to properly use the conform head and body functions within MHC.

After applying a full rig, I noticed that the face animations looked good, but the upper body animations were very off. I exported the DCC file and viewed using the Metahuman for Maya plugin. I’ve tried editing the mesh and re-rigging but the issue persists.

As you can see, the upperarm joint is not located in the shoulder. I can easily correct this in Maya, but I do not know how to export the corrected skeleton. Is there an option to export and update body dna? Or does the plugin only support update of facial dna?
