Metahuman Animator Head annimation dosnt work with Metahuman Skeleton

I’ve been trying to get Metahuman Animator working with my Metahuman characters.

I’ve seen a lot of issues with the head animations and the following body, but my issue happens earlier.

Simple, when I try the animation from the Metahuman Performance on my Metahuman Character, the head animations just don’t work.

Even in the MetaHuman Performance panel, when with the Metahuman Id mesh, the head turns etc,

But if I change the Visualisation Mesh to my character’s Head Skeleton. The animations stop working.

But just changing the Visualisation Mesh and the neck animations stops.

If I export the clip to this skeleton, the same issue. It is still an issue if it’s exported to a sequence and then swapped in the sequence editor.

When checking the animation either in the clip or sequence I can see animation on “mha_head_ik_ctrl” but changing this dosnt have any more effect when the skeletal mesh asset is a download Custom Metahuman
