Metahuman Animation clipping

Hey there, I am currently using a metahuman rig as part of my game it will be the main character. I have added the UE5 manny to mixamo for my animations and I retarget it into Unreal Engine with my metahuman, problem is the head is seperate from the body and therefore it clips through the torso, as well as this sometimes the arms clip through the torso too. Is their a way I can make it so the head animates with the body too so that there is no clipping? I have tried everything all day and nothing seems to be useful.
