Hi everyone. I would like to have some help with something I guess is pretty simple but I can’t find a proper solution for.
I’m creating a cinematic in UE 5.6. I use a MH Character and some Mixamo animations. My character is a boxer. At a certain point she make a side step and I would like to be able to have the next animation wich is an idle starting at the end point of this movement. The problem is that the character snaps to its initial position as the pivot point don’t move with the character during the side step. So the idle start at the character initial position.
I already tried to right click on the idle animation and use the Start Location Offset to change it but it messes all my animation clips.
I also tried to use the Match With This Bone In Previous Clip option but it did the same thing. All my animation clips gets messed up. (Wich I dont understand as I select the last one specifically)
Anyway, I hope you get the point here. I’m quite new to using character animations so I’m pretty sure I miss some basics and imprtant knowledge here but I couldn’t find the solution by myself.
