Metahuman access is confirmed but redirects to application form again

I had metahuman access when the public beta first came out. Still have it, but when I launch MHC from Bridge it brings me to the application form page. If I resubmit the application form it says my access is confirmed and I will be redirected to MHC, but it actually redirects me to the same application form.

How can I fix this?
