i’ve seen stored in project folder or subfolder, a lot of metadata file …when and if i delete thos huge file?

those files are necessary for correct loading of the project and cannot be removed. These files contain information about all items in the project.
If you wish to reduce the size of the project, you can delete redundant models directly in the application or simplify the models.
Application also stores cache files during the computation in the path defined in the application settings. After you are finished with the computation and your project is correctly saved, you can clear cache file directly from the application via Application settings - Clear cache.
