Meta human crashes

Hi, every time I try to launch Meta human, it crashes. This is the procedure that I’ve done:

  1. Launched UE5.0.3
  2. Created a new project
  3. Accessed Quixel and downloaded a meta human
  4. UE tells me to enable the missing and restart
  5. Nothing happens. UE5 doesn’t restart, but just turned off.
  6. I launched UE5 again and opened the project.
  7. The same. Nothing happened. UE5 doesn’t start.

I stated the spec of my laptop in my summary. Please let me know what wrong is and what I should do.
