messed up textures after importing from blender as fbx

this how my texture looking in blender after baking i export as fbx tp unreal and the texture looks messed up

any possible solution its driving me crazy

What do the UVs look like in the engine? ( channel 0, in the static mesh editor ).

I does look like a UV problem. If you apply the default grid material on the mesh in the background, it should have a regular grid pattern, no sudden changes.

make sure you are not generating uvs on import

there is a solution set any light property i.e forwad shading priority in like sun or sky light to 1 or 0 it will solve the issue

you will find it under lights/advance , hope this helps

Thanks for sharing guys, I did try it in 5.4 a large 2.3 gig file took 30 min . . so on export from Blender selecting “Path Mode” to Copy in 5.5 took less than 10 min imported fast with all materials but even though UV’s are there still did not map correctly on meshes . . did you guys try to use any Blender Add-on plug-ins? Not sure if these could be relied on . .would love Epic team to help us make a plug-in as this was several years ago and the GitHub link is not working . . .thx again for sharing this here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apa9EXI2KZA&t=122s
