Key Features:

  • Drag & Drop Buildings: Includes Level Instance versions of buildings for effortless placement of pre-built, detailed structures.

  • Example Levels:

    • Night Scene: A stunning night environment utilizing an HDRI sky for realistic and atmospheric lighting.

    • Dynamic Day/Night Level: Experience Nova Vita in transitioning light conditions.

  • Highly Customizable: Easily apply your own custom textures or modify the existing high-quality materials to fit your vision.

  • Flexible Lighting: All building light colors and intensities are easily adjustable to create the perfect mood.

  • Blueprint-Powered Buildings: All buildings are Blueprints, simplifying drag-and-drop functionality and enabling selective Nanite activation. This allows you to enable Nanite for opaque parts while maintaining support for translucent materials.

  • Customizable Landscape: The sprawling landscape was created directly within Unreal Engine and can be modified to suit your needs.

  • Functional Traffic Lights: Includes traffic lights with a functional light-changing Blueprint. The timing and behavior can be customized (refer to the guide video for details).

  • Advanced Spline Blueprints: Includes powerful spline tools that allow you to easily attach your objects (e.g., vehicles, props) to a defined path.

    • Rotation Following Path: One spline blueprint enables objects to automatically orient and rotate along the spline's direction.

    • Look-At Target Lock: Another spline blueprint allows drones in the project to follow the path while remaining locked to look at a specific target or point of interest. Drones has feature to lock its orientation on a certain object.

  • Easy Car Material Customization: Quickly change the material and appearance of the car for diverse looks.

  • Adjustable Procedural Foliage: Easily customize and scatter dynamic foliage across your landscape using procedural foliage tool.

  • Efficient Emissive Material Control: Utilize the included M_Emissive1 material, which allows for easy adjustment of light color and intensity directly on the mesh without the need to create new materials for every unique color or brightness setting.

Technical Details & Important Notes:

  • Lumen Utilized: This project is designed to take full advantage of Unreal Engine's Lumen Global Illumination and Reflections system.

  • Heavy Showcase Levels: Please be aware that the included showcase levels are graphically intensive and require a powerful PC for optimal performance.

  • Texture Resolution: Most materials are optimized to 2K resolution for smoother performance in the editor and at runtime. Some original 4K textures may be available or can be sourced if needed for specific close-ups.

  • ⚠️ SUBSTRATE MATERIAL REQUIRED: This project utilizes Substrate materials. You MUST ENABLE the Substrate in your Unreal Engine project settings to avoid material errors and ensure correct visual appearance.

  • Displacement & Nanite: Some textures feature displacement details. To see these effects, Nanite must be activated for the corresponding objects.

  • ⚠️ Buildings are Exterior Only: Please note that the building models and vehicles provided are exteriors only and do not contain detailed interiors.

  • Building Animations: Dynamic building animations created in an external program and imported as Alembic (.abc) files for complex, high-fidelity motion.

Ideal For:

  • Game Development (Sci-Fi, Cyberpunk, Futuristic RPGs, Adventure Games)

  • Filmmaking & Cinematics (Virtual Production, Short Films, Environment Shots)

  • Architectural Visualization (Futuristic Concepts)

Credits & Included Assets:

  • Some PBR materials are sourced from Quixel Megascans.

  • Environment vegetation includes assets from the "European Hornbeam" pack.

  • HDRI sky used in the night scene is from HDRI Poly .

  • The car design is inspired by Mercedes-Benz car VISION AVTR
