Mesh Works All In One - Retopology, Optimization, Repair, UV, Bake, Blend & LOD

Optimize and repair meshes, rebuild topology, prepare UVs, bake maps, combine parts and create collisions inside Unreal Editor. Includes before/after previews and batch processing.

Mesh preparation has a habit of becoming a project of its own. Reduce the geometry, sort out the UVs, bake the textures, combine the parts - and there are still LODs and collisions waiting.

Mesh Works All In One brings these jobs into one Unreal Editor workspace. Run a single tool or choose a processing sequence, compare the source with the result, and save new assets for your scene.

Give your geometry a suitable mesh. Reduce triangle counts, repair damaged areas, and rebuild surfaces with remeshing and automatic retopology. Use a recommended target as a starting point or set your own.

Move surface detail into textures. Prepare UVs, pack islands, and bake detail from the original model into normal maps and other supported texture outputs. Choose texture resolutions to suit your project.

Build new objects from existing parts. Arrange meshes in the built-in viewport, combine geometry, and create baked material transitions with adjustable blend width and strength.

Prepare assets for your scene. Create Static Mesh LODs and collisions. A dedicated Skeletal Mesh optimization workflow works with the existing skeleton and transfers skin weights.

Put repetitive work in the queue. Process multiple assets with reusable settings and naming rules, keeping the resulting assets organized in your project.

Your source models stay available. Saved results are standard Unreal assets with no Mesh Works runtime dependency.

After reviewing the plugin, we saw its real potential. Yes, as a 3D artist myself, I understand that manual work always gives more control — BUT when I buy models on Fab, I do it to save time and avoid doing what has already been done. And if the quality of the model doesn’t suit me, this plugin inside the engine is very helpful — it allows me to fix the mesh and generally bring things into a quick, optimal order without losing quality, so that I can get the desired result in a short time, while still having a playable and well‑defined model.:+1: :ok_hand:
