Mesh Twisting on Export from Blender

Hello. I exported the default skeleton for the Manny and Quinn models to Blender, it appears to be present correctly in Blender.

However, when I try to export it to UE5, it is twisted in places, which is odd especially considering they weren’t bones even with any animation data on them.

Any ideas what my culprit may be? I was doing X as primary axis, Y as secondary for the bones.
