Mesh to Metahuman process causes offset

Why is the head/face offset?

I sculpted a custom face in zbursh, imported the mesh to UR5, then used the “Mesh to Metahuman” plugin to get the “identity” to wrap/project to my custom face. That worked as designed. BUT! When I process that “identity” to make it metahuman ready, and bring it over to the Metahuman creator, the new Metahuman character face area is slightly offset. Why is that?
