Mesh/Texture/Particle Blurry when pausing the game/editor/particle Simulation

Hey guys!

I have a particle simulation that spits out planes with an image on it. I have the Sim in a Sequencer to trigger/stop and rewind it on button press. But as soon as I stop the images on the cards get totally unreadable, blurry and flickery.

What it is supposed to be. Went closer to the card.

It is essential tat these Images are readable (it´s not gonna stay jim carry haha)
Motion Blur is turned off, Settings in editor Maxed, and I tried all of the Anti Aliasing Methods it still is blurry and ghost´y as hell.

Since they get clearer as I move closer… what could it be? Is there a setting that I am missing?
