Mesh replacement comes out wrong

I’ve recently gotten into UE5 and have been developing a passion project for a few days, I’ve gotten some of my own models which I’ve been using to try and replace the UE4 Mannequin ones, but every time I go into the blueprint for the character and try to replace the skeletal mesh asset it comes out blobby, but the animations for it work somewhat.

On the left is how the character looks after replacing it, on the right is the actual model placed onto the world. In the asset browser at the bottom it also comes out the same if that matters.
