I have set up a simple mesh emitter that spew out coins into a container, the coins bounce when they collide and then remain still.
This works perfectly, when viewing it in the editor. Though when in fullscreen, the particles always go straight through the container without any collision.
I have tested it a few times, and it always stops colliding when in fullscreen.
This even happens, when switching between views. They will be colliding fine windowed, though if I press F11 to go fullscreen they will stop colliding as soon as the views switch.
