Mesh invisable after server restart

I’m currently working on a mod called BuildStick https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil…?id=1342726420
and i’m running into an issue where my meshes are invisible after reloading a game in single player
dedicated servers work fine

The meshes are not parented to anything (if i do parent them to PrimalStructure then the collisions merge even with auto weld turned off)
The actors still exist and the collisions still exists even the functions to switch the active collisions still work
its just the meshes themselves are invisible

any help would be appreciated
