Mesh falling through floor

Hi, can you help me with this problem please ? When my dragon is playing animation his legs and tail are falling through floor, collision is set on dragon and landscape. I tried even moving him even higher in “ANIMATION MONTAGE” but nothing changes.

I think the problem is with capsule i guess I should add move to node component but honestly i have never worked with move to node so I do not how to set it up properly.

I was trying to set character movement to flying and when the dragon starts flying the capsule is still on the ground, it’s like it is fixate to the ground.
