I am a 3rd year VFX Student and for my FMP im creating simulations that are made out of animals. And my animal model seems to have holes and I’m not sure why. The original file was created in maya. Th e model it self seems to have no issue until it gets uploaded into UE4. Also unreal seems to not recognise it as a mesh when I apply particles to it. Any solutions would be deeply appreciated.

How are you applying particles? There is a specific Niagara module for reading skeletal meshes.
