Mesh Editing Tab

Hello,

I would like to enquire how do I toggle on the mesh editing tab on the static mesh editor?
I have checked Plugins to make sure that Mesh Editor is enabled and couldn’t toggle it on either with
Ctl + E shortcut command.

Please advise.
